In Memory of Maxwell James Wipfli, 2003 - 2011. This letter is to show agreement of, and petition for, the need for improved pedestrian crossing safety and to heighten pedestrian awareness on West Grand Ave between 10th and 17th avenues in the city of Wisconsin Rapids. This may include safety islands, speed enforcement, increased signage, crossing guards etc.
